Payment Policy
- Full payment must be received within 7 days of booking to confirm the reservation.
- Payment must be in Japanese yen via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Flywire or cash.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy
Winter 2022/23:
- Cancellations made on or before 15 days prior to the lesson start date will incur no penalty (administration fees may apply).
- Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to lesson start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made the day of lesson due to sickness, may be eligible for a refund subject to their discretion.
