Payment Policy
- Full payment must be received within 7 days of booking to confirm the reservation.
- We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card.
Guests are responsible for all transaction fees, including credit card processing fees and bank transfer fees.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy
- You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 15 days before the experience/service start date.
- If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the experience/service start date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount will apply.
- If you cancel 7 days or less before the experience/service start date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount will apply.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of the experience/service start date due to sickness, you may be eligible for a refund, depending on our discretion. Upon receipt of a valid medical certificate, lessons can be rescheduled or refunded.
